It is highly recommended to always update your graphic card drivers to the most recent version. Often time updating your graphic card drive could solve some of the problem you are facing with a game.

Finding out your graphic card model
If you are unsure of how to find your graphic card model, please follow these simple steps to obtain it from your computer.

1. Look for your “My Computer” icon on your desktop.
2. Right click on the icon and select “Properties” from the menu.

3. You will be shown some general information in the “System Properties” window.
4. Click on “Hardware” tab.

5. Click on “Device Manager”, this will display all hardware installed on your computer.

Click on “Display adapters” from the list of hardware, your graphic card model will be shown here.

Download Driver
Now that you know what model your graphic card is, you should visit the manufactures’ website to download the latest driver available.

Microsoft DirectX is a collection of application programming interfaces (APIs) for handling tasks related to multimedia, especially game and video, on Microsoft platforms.
